About the event

We invite you to attend an interactive Excel workshop for livestock management. Hosted by the Department of Primary Industries and Regions (PIRSA) and presented by Michelle Cousins, with Denice Rendell giving a tutorial on uploading to NLIS. Suitable for beginner to advanced experience.

Hosted by the Department of Primary Industries and Regions (PIRSA), the workshops include:

09.00 am – 12:00 pm Excel for livestock management including downloading and uploading files, bucket files, examples of data use and basic Excel functions

12:00 pm – 01:00 pm            Lunch

01.00 pm – 02.00 pm  Denise Rendell explains how to upload data to the NLIS database

02.00 pm – 04.00 pm  Advanced Excel utilising formulas to make decisions on farm (opportunity to work with your own records)
