KI Perennial Grasses Project 2025

AgKI in partnership with Kangaroo Island Landscape Board are seeking to contract a consultant to deliver a collaborative project that will explore the opportunities, challenges and practical on-ground aspects of establishing and maintaining perennial pasture systems on Kangaroo Island including, but not limited to, cost benefits, co-benefits and establishment and maintenance requirements.

The key outcome of this project is a locally relevant, user-friendly guide to the establishment and ongoing management of perennial pastures on Kangaroo Island that farmers can use to make informed financial and practical decisions with.
